To keep things fair and add benefits to our members, here are the current rules:
By placing an advertisement on our Facebook page, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- You will post only once a month on the Monday specified by the Admin team. Notice hereto will be given in advance.
- For the specified day you will only post once on that day.
- You must tag your post with the hashtag #marketmonday to make sure we can keep track of the advertisements.
- You must offer a special to the group. This could be a discount, free delivery, or free items.
- Your business must be listed on our website before you may participate in the market money initiative of our group.
- A maximum of 3 pictures can be loaded on the Facebook post. No videos, animations or Facebook Colour blocks are allowed.
- Comments may be closed for your post by the Admin team to stop ads being “bumped” to the top. (Unfortunately, some suppliers have misused the comment feature to have their ad shown at the top throughout the day)
If you do not comply with the Market Monday rules, your posting will be deleted, it is only fair to the other suppliers who keep to the rules.
How to place an Advertisement
- Please post the advertisement yourself to the Facebook page.
- Give a short description of the specials you have and the valid dates.
- You can also add a discount code that people can quote when ordering.
- You can add a link to your website or your listing on our website. Remember you can also manage your listing on our website yourself by creating a user and letting me know you want to manage your listing
