Your Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify agricultural trends, emerging markets, and growth opportunities while analysing competitor strategies and market positioning.
• Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target customer segments, collaborating on visually appealing materials and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Content Creation: Generate engaging content for diverse marketing channels, adhering to brand guidelines and translating technical information for varied audiences.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all materials, developing strategies for enhanced visibility and reputation management both online and offline.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, gathering feedback to inform strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Digital Marketing: Implement and manage digital initiatives such as social media campaigns and SEO, monitoring metrics to optimise online presence.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute agricultural events effectively to showcase products and engage stakeholders, managing logistics for successful execution and brand visibility.

Your Profile:
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field. Additional certifications in Agricultural Marketing or related areas will receive preference.
• Experience: 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with agricultural trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
• Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions. Detail-oriented and results-driven. Proficiency in German and English.
