HR Business Partner – Germany at Hydrafacial

This position is in charge of the end-to-end HR-journey of the employees within the country, partnering with the senior leaders. This position is responsible for planning, executing on and coordinating various human resources administrative and strategic functions for the assigned country/ies. Apply via LinkedIn What you’ll do: Job Responsibilities Provides HR support to business leaders in the assigned country/ies to ensure a successful and sustainable business result is delivered. Manages the local recruitment process & candidate communications by booking interviews for all stakeholders, conducting HR interviews, debriefing with interviewers, offering the successful candidate and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates on a timely manner to deliver good candidate experience. Partners with the EMEA HR Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager on the hiring strategy per position. Acts as a strategic HR advisor to the internal client group within the assigned country/ies to: a) create positive and effective working relationship, b) build employee engagement, c) manage performance, d) retain and develop talent, in a collaborative environment compliant with country & company standards. Ensures all employee administrative documents that are required in the country are prepared, delivered to the employee for signature (where necessary) and stored in the employee files on a timely manner. Collaborates with the local payroll provider to ensure the payroll process is accurate and on-time. Collaborates with Finance to prepare the Sales targets letters and commission payments. Manages all employee labor relations matters in a compliant and confidential manner under country and company standards while providing guidance starting at the onboarding-stage, to performance management, coaching, career development, training and succession planning. Provides legal & compliance advice to the local country leader/s as required. Ensures that the company is compliant with labour- social- H&S- data- legislations and policies in place at local/ regional/ European/ company- level Including administrative tasks (such as contracts, payroll preparation, local benefit administration). Develops, facilitates and executes change management and organizational development initiatives. Conducts workforce planning, headcount analysis and ad hoc compensation analysis (competitive market pricing for positions) within the assigned country/ies and shares findings with the global total rewards leader. Contributes to establish the appropriate corporate culture and the Company values. Supports the Global HR team as required. Performs other duties as assigned. What you need to know: Experience/Skills/Education Required: 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience; at least BA/BS or HR equivalent degree. HRBP that is actively engaged in the business that understands what levers to pull to achieve results and build strong, productive relationships. Experience in labor relations, sense of organization, planning and analysis. High EQ with effective verbal- and written communicator skills. Ability to coach the leaders within the organization. Aptitude for analyzing data and finding the story behind the numbers and facts. Fluency in German and English. Desired: Beauty or aesthetics industry experience. Other language skills. Immigration/ Consular Clerk Post – South African Embassy in Berlin

The South African Embassy in Berlin, Consular and Immigration Section, is looking for a fully bilingual (English/German) Immigration/ Consular Clerk full-time Requirements A minimum of 12 years’ schooling is required, PLUS 3 years’ experience in a related field of work with proficiency in computers. Processing port of entry and transit visa applications Processing permanent residence (PR) applications Processing South African passport applications Processing South African identity document applications Processing South African unabridged birth, marriage and death certificate applications, and letter of non-impediment applications. Processing registration of birth, marriage, divorce and death of SA citizens abroad Processing applications for determination, retention, renunciation and exemption from loss of South African citizenship Processing applications for personal amendments and rectification. Maintains statistics. Issues emergency passport facilities/travel documents Maintaining a sequence list for all civic applications Filing of applications. Perform any other ad-hoc duties in the Embassy as required The successful candidate will be on a probation period and expected to sign a performance agreement and be able to work outside normal working hours as and when required. The minimum annual salary ranges between € 34 377 and € 39 300, excluding fringe benefits.
