Delete your Account
We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your data. You can request your account to be deleted at any time, either yourself or by contacting our admin team.
Delete Your Account Yourself
You can delete your account yourself-
Step 1 – Log in to your account
Step 2 – go to your profile (Select Members Space, then My Profile) 
Step 3 – Select Account Settings and click on Delete Account
Step 4 – Follow the instructions
Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
⚠️ Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request Account Deletion via Admin
f the user cannot delete the account themselves:
- Send an email to admin@southafricansingermany.de with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
- Include your username and the email address associated with your account.
- Our admin team will process your request within [10 days].
- You will receive a confirmation once your account is fully removed.
