Originally from Mpumalanga, South Africa, Mavimbela has built a reputation as one of the exciting voices in contemporary South African jazz. His music blends African musical heritage, modern jazz influences and storytelling into performances that feel both intimate and powerful. Over the years, he has collaborated with legendary South African artists and performed in prestigious venues locally and internationally.
This tour includes performances across Germany, Italy, Switzerland and beyond, featuring material connected to his Late Bloomer project — a musical journey reflecting growth, transformation and finding your voice, no matter when life calls you to it.
